1. Data We Collect

We collect your email address, Riot Games username, and TFT match data retrieved via the Riot Games API. We also store coaching reports and goals generated for your account.

2. Overwolf Companion App

If you use the optional Hexpert Overwolf companion app (Pro subscribers only), we collect additional in-game TFT data including health, gold, and level per round, round outcomes, and unit damage statistics. This data is transmitted from the Overwolf app to our servers and used to enrich your coaching reports with temporal insights. Collection requires explicit opt-in via API key setup in the companion app.

The Overwolf platform itself may process data in accordance with the Overwolf Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to generate personalized TFT coaching reports and track your improvement over time. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely via Supabase. Match data is fetched from the Riot Games API and stored to enable report generation and progress tracking.

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at tactician@hexpert.app.
